Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can seek a full refund, less financial transaction fees from Stripe payment gateway.

You have up to 1 working day prior to your scheduled booking time to cancel for a full refund.  

If due to unforeseen events you were not able to make the scheduled appointment (a “no show” has taken place on the day of the scheduled appointment), you can request another time, without incurring additional fees, a refund will not be provided.
